Join us for coffee and pastries and an exclusive roundtable in London, bringing together Senior HR Leaders from the Inclusive Employers membership community. Developed in partnership with and hosted by Handelsbanken, this face-to-face session will be led by Janet, CEO of Inclusive Employers, alongside Jade Pullen(she/her), UK Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead, and will combine peer exchange, practical insights, and interactive discussion.
This session will explore how focus on supporting how Neurodiverse colleagues can support success of your people strategy, strengthen line management skills and support performance. Through peer exchange and practical discussion, we’ll look at promoting local and bespoke interventions and support, creating a safe space for discussion and storytelling for colleagues with lived experience.
This session is designed for Senior HR Leaders within the Inclusive Employers membership community.
