The Employment Rights Act 2025 represents one of the most significant changes to workplace equality legislation in years. From 2027, organisations with 250 or more employees will be legally required to publish Equality Action Plans that outline evidence-based steps to close gender pay gaps and support employees through menopause and menstruation.
But here’s the opportunity: you don’t need to wait until 2027. From 2026, organisations can voluntarily publish these plans, and leading employers are already doing so to demonstrate their commitment to inclusion and attract top talent.
This webinar gives you the insight and practical guidance needed to prepare now. Whether you’re building your approach from scratch or refining existing initiatives, you’ll leave equipped to turn compliance obligations into meaningful cultural change that supports your broader EDI strategy.
By the end of this session, you’ll have:
of the new Equality Action Plan requirements under the Employment Rights Act 2025 and what they mean for your organisation.
of how these plans link to Gender Pay Gap reporting and organisational accountability.
for supporting gender equality, including menopause and menstruation inclusion in the workplace.
