We are a growing and innovative consultancy and to help us achieve our ambitious goals we are recruiting a Marketing and Communications Manager. The purpose of this role is to support Inclusive Employers by managing all marketing and communications activities in accordance with our agreed business plan. Developing a structured approach to marketing Inclusive Employers to grow member numbers, raise awareness, market events and conferences and manage social media profile and oversee our campaigns including National Inclusion Week.

To support Inclusive Employers by managing all marketing and communications activities in accordance with our agreed business plan. Developing a structured approach to marketing Inclusive Employers to grow member numbers, raise awareness, market events and conferences and manage social media profile and oversee our campaigns including National Inclusion Week.

Salary:

£28,000 - £35,000

Place of work:

Ideally the London office, but we are flexible.

Job Purpose:

Support the growth and development of Inclusive Employers. Deliver marketing and communications activities to support the business plan and the marketing and communications strategy and plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop our client database and support us to manage our data effectively and in compliance with the data protection legislation.

Update our website using content management systems and basic HTML editing.

Promote and market our various income streams including events, membership, training and consultancy, National Inclusion Standard & personal accreditation courses. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Plan and implement promotional online and print marketing campaigns to support our national campaigns, particularly National Inclusion Week.

Develop and deliver our customer and prospect communications including specific member communications including e-newsletters, website management, social media, broadcast and traditional media. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

Monitor and report on activities and provide agreed management information. Manage activities within agreed budgets.

Under guidance, support management of brand and corporate identity.

Assist with new product launches and with events where required.

Maintain effective internal communications and with external agencies necessary to perform duties, create an understanding of marketing objectives and aid business development.

Manage by enabling and empowering our Marketing and Communications Officer.

Inclusive Employers may alter your duties from time to time in the interests of the efficiency of the business and after reasonable consultation with you.

Daily Duties:

Enable and empower our Marketing and Communications Officer.

Oversee social media engagement

Develop content and manage distribution and database for our two newsletters

Manage and update our websites including SEO

Develop marketing strategies for products and oversee their implementation

Develop any marketing collateral required in accordance with our marketing strategy

Manage our image library

Oversee our databases

Essential:

Experience of marketing and communications in a growing business

Imaginative team player

Excellent copy writing skills

Flexible approach – stretching from strategy to every day activity

Pro-active and reactive approach to communications and marketing

Commitment to inclusion

Experienced in html mailing, website administration and databases

Experience of National campaigns

Desirable:

Press and PR relationship management

Proficient at using Drupal and Mailchimp

HR knowledge

Presentation and facilitation experience
