Learning Bursts are a great way to deliver shorter, lively inclusive learning across various inclusion and diversity topics.

What are inclusive learning bursts?

Learning Bursts are a great way to deliver shorter, lively learning across a broad range of inclusion and diversity topics. We can offer one-off sessions or packages of five sessions.

Typically lasting 90 minutes, these sessions can duplicate and run through the day to get maximum participation or be a mix of sessions and content throughout the day, or run over a period to keep the steady drumbeat of inclusion going!

Why do they work?


These sessions offer an opportunity to energise delegates about inclusion by supporting them to see how an inclusive culture improves performance, motivation and morale. They are also designed to boost their understanding of differences and increase empathy and respect. With a very practical and behavioural focus, we give people the tools to create the culture we all want to work in!

How do they work?

These sessions also work well as part of a celebration or focused event. Our Diversity Calendar can help you plan these.

Learning bursts work for groups of up to 18 from any discipline or occupational background.
