They are the people taking action to ensure your inclusion and diversity objectives are achieved: they are making inclusion an everyday reality. Inclusion and Diversity Champions accept formal or informal responsibility for supporting, developing and driving inclusion forward.
Senior Champions are champions in specific senior roles: they may be your CEO, Exec Team, Directors or Area Leads. Senior Champions take responsibility for key inclusion and diversity objectives and visibly role model inclusion across the organisation.
