At Inclusive Employers, we understand that many LGBTQ+ colleagues face implicit bias and discrimination at work and are under-represented in leadership positions. When intersecting identities are considered too, for example: someone’s race, gender identity or socio-economic background, these barriers are multiplied.
Inclusive Employers, LGBTQ+ Leadership training is designed to work with your LGBTQ+ role models and aspiring LGBTQ+ leaders to develop the skills they need to lead the way in inclusion.
