Reverse mentoring gives the opportunity for leaders or senior people in the organisation to be mentored by employees who are more junior to them, or from diverse minority groups.

Our Global Reverse Mentoring programme will take this concept one step further, connecting employees from different parts of the globe for an enriching learning experience.
