Level 6 Certificate in Inclusion

The Level 6 Certificate is for those who are or are hoping, to be able to influence organisational change and set strategy. It’s also for those who are taking a leap into a full-time career in diversity and inclusion.

We’ve had a number of former students cite the course for providing them with the tools to change national strategy within their business and advance their careers further in the D&I field.   

How many modules is the qualification made up from?

The Level 6 Certificate is split into three modules. The course includes Zoom classroom delivery and attendance at Inclusive Employers webinars.

What content does the Level 6 course include?

The modules are:

  • Module 1: Leading Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Module 2: Organisational Culture
  • Module 3: Coaching Skills for Leaders

How long does the course last?

The course lasts six days, in three sets of two consecutive days, and is aimed at those in strategic positions or those able to influence policy and culture change (either within their own or other organisations).

As a CMI accredited course, there is a total time commitment of 58 hours over a 12-month period. You will be expected to undertake your own research on top of this time and complete a number of tasks and essays.

The cost of the Level 6 course

The Level 6 course is £2,450 + VAT for all virtual training, materials and support.
