Level 4 Inclusion Qualification
Our Level 4 Inclusion qualification is for aspiring Inclusion Champions. If you’re a network lead, an ally, or have a passion for inclusion and learning more – this is the course for you.
How many units is the qualification made up from?
This qualification is made up of one unit, called “Promoting Equality and Diversity” and is aimed at those who are just starting their I&D journeys, inclusion champions, or staff network leads.
What content does the Level 4 course include?
The course content for the Level 4 Award in Inclusion includes:
- The business case
- Legal framework
- Unconscious bias
- Organisation culture
- Leveraging staff networks
- Role of inclusion champions
- Date: What? Why? How?
How long does the course last?
The Level 4 Award in Inclusion is structured in the following way:
- There are two consecutive days in the virtual classroom
- Further time spent under guidance or supervision, doing individual research, learning and completing assignments.
The total time to complete the course will be around 60 hours, but you may complete the course quicker depending on your previous experience.
The cost of the Level 4 course
The Level 4 course is £899 + VAT for all virtual training, materials and support.

It’s important to note that this course can be run in-house and tailored to suit your inclusion strategies and organisational vision and values. The bulk bookings are offered at a discounted base rate with staggered discounts.
