Neurodiversity refers to the natural range of differences in human brain function.
According to a poll of HR professionals by the CIPD, just one in ten organisations say they consider neurodiversity in their HR practices, despite the fact that 10% of the population are estimated to be neurodivergent in some way.
This webinar covers a wide range of information about neurodiversity and is packed with practical advice and tools to help you ensure that your organisation is inclusive of neurodivergent people.
During The Webinar, We Will Cover:
Challenge misconceptions and myths about neurodiversity.
Develop an understanding of what is meant by neurodiversity including information about ADHD, autism, dyslexia, Asperger's Syndrome and dyspraxia.
Identify policies and practices which help neurodiverse people to flourish in the workplace and create a culture which values thinking differently.
Anyone interested in learning more about disability and neurodiversity, or who leads on diversity and inclusion, recruitment or human resources should attend.
This webinar costs £79+VAT to attend. Membership includes three webinar places each year free of charge.
