Steps to prepare and engage key stakeholders in the organisation to help you deliver and make an impact with National Inclusion Week.
This session will explore the inclusion challenges and opportunities faced by global organisations. Employees can be separated by thousands of miles and spread across several time zones, which in itself is tricky, but to grow inclusion across cultural and legal differences presents particular challenges. The risks of getting it wrong can be enough to make employers give up on a global Inclusion and Diversity agenda but the benefits are substantial if you are able to flex your approach.
East and South East Asian (ESEA) Heritage month is celebrated in the month of September in the UK. This webinar will aim to educate on the history of East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) communities here in the UK, their contributions to our society and lives and celebrate the impact that East and South East Asian (ESEA) cultures have had here in the UK.
