How easy is it to unintentionally exclude individuals or groups from your communications activities?
The session will look at real life case studies to explore the barriers and solutions in communicating with diverse groups of people. It will take into account all elements of communication - use of language, medium, visual design and user experience - and uncover how each of these affects how an organisation connects with its audience.
