Collecting, monitoring, analysing and acting upon diversity data can be a daunting and time consuming task, but when done effectively it can accelerate workplace inclusion, close inequality gaps and be the driving force behind your diversity and inclusion strategy. Many employers don’t know what they can collect, how best to collect it and once collected how to use the data for positive change.
This workshop will give you an overview of the cycle of data collection and is packed with practical tips and advice on making the most out of diversity data.
During The Workshop, We Will Cover:
What is diversity data and what can you collect
Different methods of collection and increasing declaration rates
The legalities of data collection and storage
How to analyse diversity data
How to use the data trends to inform your strategy
Anyone interested in recruitment, diversity and inclusion or data should attend.
This 2 hour workshop costs £99 + VAT for members or £125 + VAT for non-members. All members are entitled to one free place at 10 workshops per year.
