The Speaker's Event - Wednesday 19th July, The Speaker's Apartments
The BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) Challenge is a project designed and developed by Inclusive Employers to give UK employers practical support and guidance on how to attract and develop BAME colleagues, and increase BAME representation at the leadership level.
The Rt. Honourable John Bercow, MP, The Speaker of The House of Commons hosted an event to support the BAME Challenge, where participants and those interested in the project could pledge their support.
We are pleased to say that this event achieved its aim in getting senior-leader buy-in, as many demonstrated their support by posing for a picture with our BAME Challenge pledge card (pictured in the gallery above).
If you would like to pledge your support for the BAME Challenge or get involved, please get in contact with Zeinab.
Please also watch this space for another event happening early next year.
