Faith is an extremely important part of some employee’s lives, intersecting with various aspects of their identity, such as race, gender and socioeconomic background. These intersections can significantly shape their experiences and challenges in the workplace. Understanding the unique ways in which faith and other identity facets interact is crucial for an inclusive employer.
Member Community Event – October 2024
7th October 2024 is one year on from the Hamas attack in Israel, which has been followed by a significant escalation of violence in Gaza and the West Bank. More recently, attacks in Lebanon have caused 100s of deaths and as many as 1 million people displaced. Many of our colleagues continue to be significantly impacted by the violence in Israel, Lebanon and Palestine*. The huge loss of life and destruction has caused, and will continue to cause, trauma and be highly emotive.
