Jill joined Inclusive Employers in April 2024 after 23 years in the Police Service. Jill’s passion for DEI matters was sparked by lived experience of being a Lone female amongst seventy male officers in the Police Armed response section. Her desire to change and shape the future for other women in her position gave her the drive to delve into the world of Inclusion. Find out more about Jill.
