Around 15% of the world’s population consider themselves disabled and yet how well-equipped are our services in supporting disabled customers? In the UK, 1 in 5 people have a disability, up to 80% of which have are non-visible. Around 14 million people in the UK live with some form of disability, so the likelihood is that you know at least one person living with a non-visible disability, whether you are aware or not.
