Sexual Harassment - Changes to The Workers Protection Act
Sexual Harassment – Changes to The Workers Protection Act
February 18 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Webinar overview
This webinar delves into the recent updates to The Workers Protection Act and their role in promoting inclusion and safety in the workplace. Moving beyond compliance, this session emphasises building a culture of respect and dignity for all employees. Participants will learn how to use these legislative changes as a springboard to create environments where everyone feels valued, supported, and safe from harassment. Through practical strategies and real-world examples, we’ll explore how fostering inclusion can strengthen workplace culture, improve employee well-being, and drive long-term success.
This webinar is hosted by Sam Phillips, CMI Trainer and Area Specialist, from Inclusive Employers.
Sam is an ex Police Officer, who served for Hampshire Constabulary for nearly 19 years. Having spent 13 years working on the frontline, she then qualified as a trainer and completed 6 years in the Initial & Operational Training department, training and guiding the new recruits through the initial stages of their learning journey, out onto the streets. On a temporary promotion to Acting Police Sergeant, she had a particular passion in leading teams, with inclusion and welfare being at the heart of her everyday drive. Find out more about Sam.
