Bitesize session: Re-energising Your Staff Networks in a Shifting I&D Landscape
June 26 @ 10:00 am - 10:30 am

Webinar overview
In today’s evolving Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) landscape, organisations are facing reduced budgets and, in some cases, a diminished focus on these critical efforts. This bite-sized session will provide actionable insights on how to re-energize your networks to continue making a meaningful impact, even in challenging times.
We’ll begin by setting the context of the current I&D climate, then offer recommendations which will enable you to refocus your initiatives and drive tangible positive change.
Join us to discover how you can adapt, refocus, and re-energize your staff networks to continue driving I&D progress.
This webinar is hosted by Olivia Banton, I&D expert from Inclusive Employers.
Olivia is a Senior Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Consultant within the Inclusive Sports Team at Inclusive Employers. She is an experienced I&D practitioner with a background in academic research.
