Pride in 2025: a history of Pride and exploring it’s relevance today
June 10 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Webinar overview
The 2021 census tells us more than 1.3 million people in England and Wales identify as LGB (lesbian, gay or bisexual) and 262,000 people confirmed their gender identity was different from their sex registered at birth (those placed under the umbrella term; Trans).
A small part but vital part of the overall population, yet in 2025 the LGBTQ+ community still experience significant inequalities and barriers to healthcare, education, employment, housing and social services.
This webinar is hosted by Laura Summers, I&D expert from Inclusive Employers.
Laura is the Head of Members and Training at Inclusive Employers, working closely with members to support them with training, consultancy, and their strategic I&D work. Prior to working at Inclusive Employers, Laura worked across the youth, education and third sectors, with I&D being a golden thread through all her roles.. Find out more about Laura.
