These sessions take place online each month and are exclusive to Inclusive Employers members, bringing together inclusion professionals in a confidential, supportive space for peer-to-peer learning. They focus on turning theory into practice by exploring real workplace challenges and examples, encouraging open, honest exchange and practical insights that can be applied directly within organisations. Participants are expected to engage actively in the conversation, contributing their experiences and perspectives to make the most of the collaborative learning environment.
