Exploring inclusion opportunities and challenges in the local government sector

The Local Government sector is facing a time of unprecedented change.  Alongside a shifting political landscape and increased financial pressure and a focus on achieving greater efficiency, it is also preparing for devolution and other regulatory changes.  This is against a backdrop of an enhanced focus on meeting the needs of communities, tackling economic regeneration and an emphasis on engaging with the workforce and initiatives to improve internal culture.

This event is an opportunity for all our members but particular those form local government and adjacent sectors to come together to focus inclusion challenges and opportunities for the sector.

Our member community events are spaces for members to connect with each other, to share their thinking on particular topical issues, explore challenges and solutions together to broaden our collective knowledge and understanding and leverage opportunities for positive change.

Please note this a member to member discussion forum facilitated by one of our Principle Consultants, Debbie Epstein, so please be ready to share your ideas and thoughts as part of the conversation.
