Webinar overview

With imminent rises to National Insurance and the National Living Wage coupled with increased global ‘anti-woke’ sentiments, organisations are under intense pressure. With these rising employment costs and the decreasing lack of support for inclusion and diversity initiatives, many are already acknowledging greater efficiencies needed. This may look like potential redundancies, cut backs on discretionary spend, budget cuts to certain projects and not replacing people when they leave.

Our panellists will explore the impact of all of this on the inclusion agenda, and provide practical support to EDI and HR leaders to help them keep their momentum going amid these turbulent times.

This event is free for all to attend – and all registrants will receive a complimentary guide and on-demand access.
