The session will highlight real-world examples of how companies, communities, and leaders have accelerated progress for women, especially in leadership roles, pay equity, and inclusive policies.

This webinar is hosted by Cheryl Padgham and Sean Childerley, I&D experts from Inclusive Employers.

Cheryl has over ten years’ experience as an accomplished Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Subject Matter Expert (SME). She has worked across a broad range of organisations both in house and as an external consultant with particular experience in media and financial services.  Cheryl has led on disability inclusion, inclusive leadership, LGBTQ+ allyship and staff networks within organisations. Sean is a Senior Inclusion and Diversity consultant. Making a real and impactful difference is central to Sean’s career. He has worked in diverse and demanding roles over two decades, spanning the changing landscape of media and the evolution of Inclusion and Diversity.
