In partnership with Liverpool City Council, we are delighted to host this webinar for businesses in Liverpool to support them during the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.
This webinar is also open to all of our member organisations, free of charge.
Working with customers from all around the world can sometimes be daunting. You want to provide a warm, inclusive welcome but you may fear saying the wrong thing or worry about how to communicate when there are language barriers or cultural differences. This webinar will introduce you to the importance of intercultural communication and more importantly, it will give you the basic skills to communicate effectively and inclusively with customers from a diverse mix of backgrounds.
This webinar is hosted by Ariel Chapman, I&D expert from Inclusive Employers.
