International Men’s Day 2026 invites organisations to reflect on the theme “The Future is for Everyone” – a call to create workplaces where people of all genders can thrive, contribute, and feel supported. At a time when conversations around wellbeing, inclusion, allyship, and workplace culture continue to evolve, organisations have an opportunity to better understand the experiences and pressures facing men, while strengthening positive and respectful gender relations across the workforce.

This thought-provoking session will explore how UK employers can support male employees in ways that improve wellbeing, encourage healthier workplace cultures, and contribute to greater inclusion for everyone. Participants will examine topics including mental health, help-seeking behaviours, workplace expectations, caring responsibilities, allyship, and the role organisations can play in fostering open, constructive conversations about gender.
