Webinar overview:
Colleague networks in global and multinational organisations have a unique opportunity to drive inclusion and belonging across borders. Connecting colleagues, sharing learning and amplifying impact.
Working internationally can also bring added complexity, including differences in culture, communication styles, expectations of inclusion and local legislation. This session will help participants consider how to engage and inspire colleagues across diverse contexts, while maintaining a consistent and inclusive approach.
Throughout the session, participants will:
- Identify the core opportunities and challenges for staff networks operating internationally
- Understand how global differences in culture, communication and expectations of inclusion can influence engagement within international staff networks
- Explore practical approaches to connecting, inspiring and supporting colleagues across borders
Participants will leave with practical guidance to extend network’s reach globally.
