Collaborative discussion: building the Anti-Racist organisation
June 4 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
In the past year, we have seen great work from our members that has advanced the conversation on race in their organisations. However, as recent conversations about the Government’s report on racial disparity in the UK reminds us, there are still many obstacles slowing down progress on race inclusion.
In our third event of the series remembering the murder of George Floyd, we would like to hear from you, our members. We are hosting a collaborative discussion where we will be giving you the opportunity to explore ideas and issues you are currently dealing with other Inclusion & Diversity peers.
The format: In the session, delegates will be organised into different breakout rooms. In your assigned breakout room, you will be able to discuss a real-life challenge submitted by one of our members. This will provide an opportunity to debate new ideas, stretch your thinking, use other peers as sounding board, consider each other’s experience, and create solutions together.
What you will get out of the session: an opportunity to discuss the race inclusion challenges you are facing in your organisation, and discuss solutions with other D&I peers.
