Webinar overview

This session will explore how power, privilege, and leadership influence inclusion in the workplace. It will examine the dynamics that sustain inequality and highlight the role of senior leaders and allies in creating meaningful change. The discussion will feature a diverse panel of leaders and advocates from various ethnic backgrounds, sharing their experiences and perspectives on advancing racial equity.

The session will also address key issues such as the ethnicity pay gap and inclusion maturity, providing practical steps for organisations to challenge systemic barriers. Through open discussion and audience engagement, the session will offer insight into how workplaces can take responsibility for fostering inclusion and equity.

This panel is hosted by Ruth-Anne Eghan, I&D expert from Inclusive Employers.
