Neurodiversity refers to the differences in the human brain. They way we see and interpret the world differs for everyone, however, if you have a neurological difference such as dyslexia, autism, or ADHD your difference could be an asset to an organisation.Â

Emotional intelligence in the workplace can be a very useful skill.
