    Traditional gender roles in western society have been changing over the last 100 years. There are times when great strides have been made, and others where progress feels like a slow evolution. There are also times progress has been eroded. In this session we will explore the changing gender roles and look specifically at the impact of COVID. We will discuss the challenges, the opportunities and give practical advice for employers on how to use this period as one of growth and transformation for gendered roles at work and in society.
