Claire Williams – Director
Claire is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MSc in Human Resources. She has substantial operational experience in the public sector including local authorities, latterly as Assistant Director of HR for Hampshire Constabulary for 7 years. Claire is specialist in working with organisations on a consultancy basis to prepare and deliver organisational change and restructuring, HR policy & strategy and diversity
Richard McKenna - Managing Director
Richard leads on our learning and development activity and is responsible for the development and delivery of bespoke training events and seminars for both members and non-members. Richard is an expert in developing and delivering programmes to support organisational and culture change. In addition Richard is also keen to collaborate with members to bring new ideas to develop the inclusion concept and is working alongside our founder members developing new initiatives and identifying best practice.
Rupert Moyne - Director
Rupert leads on business development, company administration & finance, and strategic planning for Inclusive Employers. Previously he was a Director at L&Q, one of the largest and most successful Housing Associations in the UK and has extensive practical experience of successfully managing and developing large teams. He brings a wealth of knowledge of how organisations work to inform the inclusion agenda.
Rachel Williams - Events and Marketing Executive
Rachel’s role involves the planning and execution of the range of our activities including product development, marketing, events, PR, and sales and client support. She provides administrative support in maintaining our database and website and promoting and executing events and liaising with our members and service users.
Edward Stone - Communications and Events Administrator
Edward’s role involves the planning and execution of a range of our activities including Product Development, Advertising, Events, PR, and Client support. He provides administrative support in maintaining our database and website, promotes and executes events, and liases with our members and service users.
Rachel Krys - Associate Director
Rachel has been working in diversity and inclusion for over 10 years and was previously Campaign Director at Employers Forum on Age and Belief. Rachel supports members and develops our services, including our extensive events programme, communications, policy, research and consultancy projects. Rachel speaks about inclusion and workplace issues including discrimination law, unconscious bias, employee engagement and the benefits of an inclusive culture.
Sam Mercer – Associate
Sam has extensive expertise in advising on diversity and inclusion across a broad range of FTSE 250 companies and in the public sector. Sam has just completed an 18-month project for the Department for Work and Pensions on interventions employers can make to tackle the challenge of the ageing population and extend working lives, and before that was Workplace Director at Business in the Community and Chief Executive of the Employers Forum on Age.
