Public Sector Equality Duty – Setting the right objectives.

There are just a few weeks left to convert your aspirations into realistic objectives, and those objectives into a plan.

Inclusive Employers is working with public sector organisations to help you to generate quick wins and meaningful outcomes.  We will:

  • Review your current position on equality and diversity against your planned objectives (or advise on objective development)
  • Asses opportunities and barriers through focus groups with leaders, employees and service users
  • Create an effective strategy with clear objectives in time for the publication deadline
  • Provide you with a bespoke implementation plan

Our experience and efficiency means that even if you haven’t made much progress we can get you up to speed and ensure your responsibilities are met and your organisation is engaged.

We have been working with Moorfields Eye Hospital, reviewing their activities on equality and assisting them in developing objectives for the next 4 years.  The first stage of the project culminated in the publication of a Focus on Inclusion report and a second report will be published in April.
