Ian Hastie has joined Inclusive Employers as Membership Development and Support Manager after fifteen successful years at the Employers Forum on Disability.

Commenting on his first week, Ian said, “I have spent years working with employers to increase opportunities for people with disabilities in the workplace.  I have joined Inclusive Employers because I believe that an inclusive approach is the future. In the past, we have asked employers to focus on one strand or another; now we need to look at things from a fresh perspective – inclusion.”
