This is the second in the series of panel events using the six pillars of inclusion to help guide and inspire you on your inclusion journey and is perfect for all organisations, regardless of which stage you’re at. In this event we will be exploring the Equip pillar.

You will have the opportunity to hear and also share best practice, engage with other organisations around policies, training and guidance, as well as learning more about the six pillars framework and our Inclusive Employers Standard.

We’re excited to announce that our guest speaker will be Harriet Harbidge, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at TransPennine Express. Harriet will be talking about the learnings they have gained from their new inclusive training and development offering and how this has helped to equip and support their people to be inclusive.

This webinar is hosted by Emily Pattinson, Senior Inclusive Employers Standard Programme Lead from Inclusive Employers.

Emily has many years experience working in diversity and inclusion across many sectors. Prior to joining Inclusive Employers, Emily attained their PhD in psychology in 2018 and has driven inclusion forward through research into health and societal inequalities. Find out more about Emily.
