Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service have had the pleasure of working with you to find a way to deliver inclusive messages to our employees.  By facilitating an event specifically tailored to our culture, language, structure and mission we have achieved the buy in of 100 participants – all with the enthusiasm and commitment to go make a difference.  100 participants are now signed up to being our “inclusion” champions who will take forward the actions arising from the day. Through one event Inclusive Employers have helped HFRs achieve a tangible shift in our thinking and being that will bring benefits for time to come.  We look forward to working with you in continuing to embed the outcomes.'
