The number of tribunal claims has risen 400% since 1998. The average award for discrimination claims in 2009/10 was almost £30K.

For men with a disability the employment rate has halved in the last 25 years.

Class is the most significant barrier to future employment and pay.

Progress on this agenda has been slow, employers are missing out on talented people who face barriers to achieving their potential.
