This session is open to diversity professionals, HR leaders, business owners and senior managers who want to learn more about inclusion and their organisation.

The number of tribunal claims has risen 400% since 1998. The average award for discrimination claims in 2009/10 was almost £30K.

For men with a disability the employment rate has halved in the last 25 years.
