This engaging session explores unconscious bias, assumptions, first impressions and the nine characteristics. Included, involved and inspiring – this diversity and inclusion event gets people thinking and doing things differently. It's about developing tools and techniques that enable inclusion, supporting a focus on valuing all difference and nipping discrimination in the bud.
These sessions are designed for 20 delegates and will explore the legal framework whilst focusing delegates on their own behaviours and those of others in relation to diversity and inclusion. Using drama techniques, forum theatre and hot-seating - this fast paced, fun and impactful course will challenge first impressions/assumptions, and explore issues of direct relevance to delegates.
This session is ideal for people new to inclusion or wanting to move from equality and diversity to inclusive thinking, managers looking for tools to get their staff to build inclusive behaviours and inclusive cultures.
